goons in the cut tryna talk you out yo necklace
I woulda grabbed my Louiville slugger and went over there. My main concern would have been to make sure my neighbors were safe, and called the police. If i was confronted by the teen I woulda warned him and tried to reason with him. If he rushed me I would have hit him. Nobody dies, everybodies safe, and hopefully the lil dude would have learned from his mistakes.

Did you read the story breh? He didn't know it was his son, much less a teen. The person, after SEEING the man AND the gun approached him. You just brought a bat to a gun fight, my man. Sounds like a good idea in theory, but someone with the thought process to break IN someones home at night when they are most likely THERE needs to be taken seriously. Ever seen "Law Abiding Citizen"? You got a bat and they got a gun and that could be you.

Like I said, mask or not you should be able to recognize a teen, especially your son. Dude was obviously fogged by adrenaline, and the rage of that gun in his pocket. He went over there knowing he was gone to shoot somebody and he did.

Bringing a gun to a gun fight affords one no extra protection. If someone points a gun at you, your dead. Ain't no Clint Eastwood movie shyt where you can get to your gun first and kill the robber. Which is why I woulda made it my business to get in get my neighbors out then call the police. No material possession is worth shooting or getting shot over.

And he had a loaded gun. What's there to be scared of? He wasn't scared he was angry. He grabbed that gun and said "these mufukkas gone pay" and he went out and shot the kid.

So the son was a young brehthren? His wife is Black? Not that it's relevant, just curious.

That's the chance you take when you engage in activities like that. Some of my fam used to do this (break in people's homes), they are fortunate to have lived to tell about it.

Why not just call the cops? The guy had an itchy trigger finger. He went to play Dirty Harry, and ended up popping his own son. In his mind he was going to save the day and end up being interviewed on Fox and Friends. In reality, today he is going to the funeral home to make arrangements.
