The restrictions never bothered me anywaybut

yeah the negatives literally had no effect on me. All I cared about was that it has a day one fighting game in Killer Instinct (which should be playable at tournaments now), the best looking game imo at E3 in TitanFall, the best controller with an improved d-pad, game sharing which I still cant believe, and Microsoft payolla (in other words I aint missing out on whatever content MS will no doubt pay for when Mass Effect 4 drops)

Not neccessarily. 24hr disc check can still be in place for those who install there games. And you can have it always connected still so there isn't a need to remove the ability to have a discless experience. We'll see, I seriously hope not because I want that. I actually play games and the convience of not having to switch between 2K/Madden/COD/Titanfall/Forza/KillerInstinct by just saying "Xbox, game"

You have no idea how the system works, what makes it special. If you want a PS4 go that, if you want a console for the future?
Xbox One is your man. Kinect mandatory and you'll love it. Thats it, deal with it. Stop trying to turn the xbox into a ps4. Then you praise the ps3/4 everytime it adds a new xbox feature Without Kinect 2.0 Xbox One would be just another gaming system. Its MUCH more than that now
