The downloads are gonna be huge. Plus, before we had the added benefit of being able to share games remotely, access our games library from any Xbox, and trade the games back in when we were done.

All gone due to fanboy cries about some shyt we all already do. Go online every day:snoop:

Stop being a simpleton. We can download games now on the 360 numbnuts. The entire benefit of Digital DRM games was to have an online library tied to your gamertag like STEAM, where you can access them from any xbox. Coupled with family sharing with 10 family members, it's clearly superior to the current model. Why is that so hard for you nikkas to understand?
Honestly...

MS didn't have to axe that feature, the chose to. I think yal were banking way too much on that 10 game share feature. There's a reason MS didn't mention that on stage at E3. That's one of those things that they put out there but wouldn't really want everybody using like that.

They should just copy PSN's way of digital game sharing and keep it moving. They got yal hype with that 10 number, that's on them.

You must not understand what I meant.

Both systems will have every release available online day 1. You don't have to buy the physical copy if you don't want to. You can go on their respective stores and buy them from their respective digital stores.

first you're saying you wanted this new digital era, now you're complaining about downloads :mindblown: you would have to deal with the download times regardless

Not sure why M$ listened to the fakkit fanboys bytching online. It should have been kept as is, with the 24 hour check extended to 1 week. The fact we might lose family game sharing and disc-less play has me heated right now. fukking fanboys.
i wouldn't have cared if it came out the way they announced it but realistically they were headed to worse than Wii U status if it came out that way. people were overwhelmingly rejecting the concept.

the game sharing and disc-less play with option to trade in are tough losses though. they should have kept that model for digital downloads. give users the ability to sell the download back for credit on a new download.

Microsoft's Xbox brand has taken irreparable damages from this whole ordeal. they're still gonna lose to Sony especially since they're unwilling to not tether Kinect to the console at the $100 premium.

Go to the 2 minute 29 second mark and listen to what they're saying.

"You're able to download the first bit of the game and start playing it before the next 20GBs downloads"

:whew:

That PS4

I said it was good because it brings the benefits of both physical and digital media together. You wouldn't have to download all games. And either way you could still share them which you can't do with any other digital download system. And you could still trade/buy used games, which you also can't do with any other digital download system.
