1. If Pac was just in Vegas for "Death Row business", then there would have been zero reason for him to fire off.....unless you concede my point I make in every thread about this topic, that Death Row business was on multiple levels indistinguishable from gang business.

2. Yes Puffy brought Crips into this. And yes we can question his actions over it. And yes he has blood on his hands (no pun intended). NONE OF THAT ABSOLVES PAC FROM HIS ACTIONS. No more than it would absolve Puffy from reacting to Suge trying to destroy and kill him by hiring Crips for a counter-offensive.

3. Your last point is all over the place. Even if we accept your premise that DPG were "Crips for Pac", that's somehow supposed to bolster your argument that Pac wasn't involved with gangbanging? And if you're implicating Biggie as being involved in gang activities per this incident, why would Crips in New York be shooting at other Crips in defense of New York's reputation?
