Cause black people are starting to see who MJ really is. A swash buckling c00n who is only out for himself and his white queen.

He dont have to be Malcolm X but what self respecting black man is investing in prison complexes knowing his people are being swindled and incarcerated mainly for profit. fukk MJ.
The Michael Jordan that invests in prisons is a white politician from Oregon.

nikkas who cop every pair that drops just to say they got it, no matter how ugly the shoe is, are just hypebeasts. A 15 yr old hypebeast is normal, a 26 yr old one is not esp if you don't have your own house, and have some investments or passive income going on, etc. Hypebeast nikkas will be approaching middle age with a closet full of J's that they don't wear anymore because hardly anybody else will be wearing them either, they wasted thousands on sneakers. You can say, "b-b-but, they can sell them!" Yeah they could sell them, which they probably will have to, but they aren't gonna get back anywhere near how much they spent overall. These hypebeast dudes will pay $230 for some J's then sell them later for $200 and call that profit or "hustling" :mjlol:that isn't profit you dummy, you just got back some of what you paid for something. It's like handing someone $230 and then them handing you back $200 of what you gave.

If you're a "collector" but you own nothing else except your car, i suggest u save the thousands you're spending buying every jordans re-release yearly. I swear if nikkas put as much energy into chasing entrepreneurship, land, trades and education, as we put into collecting Jordans, the race would have a lot more to show for it

More and more ppl are starting to view J's as corny and in 5 years (if that), you're gonna have a bunch of jordans that are viewed as corny esp at whatever age you're gonna probably be, nikka go get your real estate license or some shyt

Hell
I honestly can't take anyone whose over the age of 21 wearing Jordan's seriously anymore.

The reason they don't sell like that , culture change. The hoods thst we celebrated 10 years ago for keeping it real are seen as losers, bums, criminals now.

It's a

I was just in the barbershop this morning and saw a lot of brothers rocking Jordans. They're still popular but not like they were like 5-10 years ago. Everyone and their mama (literally) was rocking jays to the point they started getting played out.

I bought the retro black metallic 5's last weekend even though I rarely rock Jordans anymore. I wore them today and was probably the first time I wore a pair of Jordans this year. It was my favorite colorway as a kid in the 90s and I got the previous retros in 2000 and 2007. First pair of Jordans I bought since 2012.

Wear what you like. Who gives a fukk if it's in style or because it's popular. If it makes you happy who cares what someone else thinks.

:yeshrug:" Nobody ask me but I ain't never bought a pair of Jordans"

:stopitslime:" We got to clean up the community first before you can buy something nice for yourself"

:aicmon: " They the same shoes over and over again, I'm rocking these chucks though that ain't changed since the 30's"

:bryan:" Mike don't do shyt for black people, neither does majority of the stuff I wear, but he needs to be held to a higher standard"

**Update**

:dame: " They made for like $5 in Asia. What Mike trying to do, run a business and make a profit?"

:yeshrug: I'm not a fan of any of those things nor were the men in my family who came before me. But different strokes.

My father had a closet of gators, I have these. The establishments I go to, billiards hall, strip clubs, concerts, beach, family events, movies.... I dont need anything over casual (jeans and tees, a polo/hilfiger if I wanna be extra). Im comfortable and everything is cool.

Now back home in Bahamas where everything is different status. Them nikkas wear 3 piece suits to work and shyt, thinking they in London or NY. The clubs down there sometimes be on dumb shyt.

I have to admit a few weeks back I visited Charlotte, and went to 1 club that was upscale and I was out of place, I dipped and ate that $20 entry fee. And went to a strip club instead. Heard that was Peters club from Housewivez.... everyone inside was dressed nice, I was in florida gear.

But fukk it, back home to my 5bed, with 3 cars (all regular nothing special). And Im good again. Probably go out tonight in Jordans, sweatpants and a tee...
