To escape and evade stalker/killer/threat of some kind, retreat to a family refuge, which never works, involving the extended family in brutal violence of some kind

See 'The Bodyguard'

Chase scenes that go through a restaurant kitchen and the inevitable cart full of metal bowls rolls in the way of the pursuer.

I think in ever comic book show the main protagonist was framed for a crime they didn't commit.

Character walks into a room after another character speaks, and they:

Finish a sentence

Reply to a question to a problem

The Flash show does this a lot

The funny part is the people are usually speaking at a normal volume which the incoming person wouldn't have been able to hear all of what was being said.

The driving car/ship/vehicle "Woo!" cut during high adrenaline action scenes. Most often performed by black supporting lead.

Even Shuri had one in Black Panther, I thought if any movie would avoid it, it'd be this one.
