But trying to give L's to one of the only humans on the Justice League, one who regular looks Superman dead in the eye and does not blink, is forcing it.

I think the movies have humanized Bats too much...that's the only other reason I could come up with to rationalize this thread.

Nope Sorry. Captain America looked Thanos w/the Infinity Gauntlet in the eye and didn't blink. If this were a fight where Cap logically loses, then I'd say Cap Loses.
