I think Batman would win, but not by defeating him fighting. I think it'd be an even fight, but Batman will do something to make Panther turn his attention to something else and then they'll go about their business
if you just have both of them walk into a room with their standard gear and have to fight on some comic cliche shyt? T'Challa.

Nah bp up there he earned his scrapping stripes. Cap was quoted saying bp was his equal or something to that effect. Dont remember verbatim I'd have to look it up. Plus He's dropped Luke Cage before and defeated a Super Skrull who had Bullseye, Captain America, Elektra, and Black Panthers powers. On top of that cuz got knowledge and fighting prowess of all the panthers before him. Including bobby seale and huey p newton

okay, anyone arguing Batman Hand to Hand can look at it this way.
Clone Floyd Mayweather and have him fight himself.
Now, have that clone's stats boosted across the board. I'm talking two weight classes with a higher damage soak and his weight of fatigue reduced by half.
I kinda feel like whenever someone makes a fight like this, it's exactly what it's like. Bats shouldnt take the majority. Not against people like Captain America, Black Panther, or Wolverine, who are arguably just as skilled as him but who have superior stats, reduced fatigue and healing factors.
Hell, it's the reason why Deathstroke mauled him and left him bleeding on that ledge.
Honestly, even among PURELY HUMAN fighters in DC (pre reboot), Batman ranked 6th or 7th behind:
Richard Dragon
Bronze Tiger
Lady Shiva
Cassandra Cain
Connor Hawke (even before the dragon blood and DNA splicing)
Against Marvel's borderline metas, he really shouldnt take a greater majority. He would be ranked among the Chang-Chi's, Iron Fists(with no chi amping), Daredevils (who I can argue would take the majority due to his radar sense and the like), Elektras, Bullseyes, etc. etc....
