Goofy? Lots of times. Corny? No. Before they Ryan Reynolds'd him, he was written with actual depth. The weirdness always had a purpose, whatever the crazy behind it. From pranking back and forth with Blind Al to mooning over Siryn.

MCU Wade is pretty much Star Lord with more popular culture references.

How is there an MCU Wade when his first film isn't slated for release until late 2024?

hes actually clinically insane and its why he breaks the 4th wall alot. I think artists were making it seem as if hes literally talking to himself or the yellow boxes used in comics for dialogue

Spiderman doesnt shut up cause hes legit 16 with powers and immature. Its kinda why he gets exicted to be around folks like tony stark and shyt.
