lol at tagging me. The Black Authority?

That guy is a joke that doesn't fukking know anything. He just goes on angry rants. So it's not surprising that you follow him because you don't fukking know anything either.
Biden isn't some gift to Black America. But to say his administration hasn't done anything beneficial for black people is a flat out lie.
The largest investment in HBCU's has come from Biden. Not Trump. Not Obama. Old man Biden.
May 2024:
Today, the Biden-Harris Administration announced a new record in Federal funding and investments in Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs)
www.whitehouse.gov
Today, the Biden-Harris Administration announced a new record in Federal funding and investments in Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) totaling
more than $16 billion from Fiscal Years (FY) 2021 through current available data for FY 2024. The total of more than $16 billion includes over
$11.4 billion between FY2021 and FY2023 through Federal grants, contracting awards, and debt relief for HBCUs; over
$4 billion between FY2021 and FY2023 for HBCU-enrolled students through federal financial aid and educational benefits for veterans; and, so far in FY 2024,
over $900 million has been secured for Department of Education programs strengthening HBCUs as institutions.
If you have an attention span longer than 20 seconds you should read the entire link. There are number HBCU colleges that are being paired with several different federal agencies to provide additional growth and development in HBCU colleges.
Your Black Authority mentor couldn't even give credit to the administration for doing that and instead made up a conspiracy theory that they are simply paying off HBCU's so that they vote Democrat to teach boys how to twerk and teach girls how to weld. Sounding like a dumb alt-right white boy. Nevermind the fact that the fukking Vice President is a HBCU graduate and an advocate for HBCU's.
October 2023 article, the Small Business Administration has doubled the amount of loans given to black businesses since Biden took office.
This article mentions how they've been cutting down barriers to get more people involved. Black social media and some of ya'll love to talk that pro-black business shyt but there hasn't been one word said about the increased opportunity at the federal level.
I could go on, but what's the point.
I don't take anyone who listens to the Black Authority seriously.
Are any of these judges appointed for black empowerment?!?

Just more democratic symbolism.. ok then...
The ignorance is unbearable.
There is a big difference between a Liberal judge and a Conservative Judge. Conservative Judges are much more likely to rule against voting rights, civil rights, abortion (which has a big effect on black women). On the Supreme Court, Thurgood Marshall famously said to law clerks that his judicial philosophy is that he does what he thinks is right and lets the law catch up. Meanwhile, the person who replaced him, Clearance Thomas, is literally the anti-Thurgood Marshall. There is a reason Thurgood Marshall is revered as a Supreme Court Justice even though the court has been dominated by Conservatives for the last 60-70 years and Clearance Thomas isn't revered.
Putting people on the courts who come from different backgrounds means they can provide different perspectives which can influence their decision making as judges while still being within the limits of legal theory. Much needed in a system dominated by white judges. That's also why companies have been investing in the diversity push over the last decade. In order to get the world's most brilliant minds together in 1 room.
Increased minority representation in the respected pillars of society, (Medicine, Nursing, STEM, Legal Practice) goes in a long way in attempting to close the equity gap, and really helps with black imagery by allowing black children to continue to see themselves as judges, doctors, nurses, accountants etc instead of street dudes and THOT rappers.
Considering Trump put many unqualified judges on the bench, some of whom are bigots, this counter by increasing the number of black and minority judges is extremely important to the balance of the overall system. Not all cases make the Supreme Court. Some don't even make the Appeals Court. So in many cases they have the final say at the Federal District level.
I hate you nikkas man.
