Its ok to admit that someone has failed you sometimes. I understand after waiting all these years for a finale to one of your favorite movies of all time, u cant accept nothing less than amazement. But lets keep it real: This movie was a big steamy pile of nothing tossed into 2 and a half hours. There was no true motive to anything, why is alfred discouraging batman from returning knowing damn well the city needs him the most? why does christian bale get to have his back broken and than be the only guy to ever climb out of a prison hole, and on top of that whats so fukkin hard about jumping from that ledge to the next one? Why does batman get his ass whuuped so easy the first time, but than beat bane in less than 5 mins when he returns? So much bullshyt in this movie, and it all ends with an atomic bomb being flown away? the same fukking ending as the avengers? fukk this dissapointing ass movie. After downloading and watching it, i only watch the scenes with bane. This movie SUCKED!!!!

Alfred has always tried to sway Bruce, just in this movie it was a little extreme because Nolan wanted finality.

Also Nolan could never truly show the real Bane story because the average movie goer is a moron.

Batman beats Bane the 2nd time around because of The Law of Prep Time, wherein Batman can defeat any opponent, if he has prep time. Any prep time, could be a day, a week, he'll formulate at least 3-4 more situations that will more than likely defeat you.

Movie was an 8.5 out of 10, let it go, the trilogy is still a close as we're ever going to get to perfection due to budget, vision, and the aforementioned capacity of the average moviegoer to accept or understand a movie based on a comic book.

still havent watched inception but bane did not explain why he wanted to wait 5 months. the same guy who asked the dude in the plane earlier "perhaps he wants to know why someone would shoot a man before tossing him out of a plane". well why would you hold a city hostage for 5 months if you are ultimately going to blow it up anyway? it takes 5 months to incorparate fear into a city you have hostage? fukk outta here. you nolan fans cant even defend this shytty ass concept for a movie.

His first speech fighting bruce explains the bomb. The only dumb part is two of them willing to die and destroy the entire league of shadows just to bomb gotham.

Its illogical for a man and woman as smart as talia and bane.
