I got a whole rack of lamb a while ago and by the time it was done I had half a pan of gerase. I trimmed it before i cooked it and it was still a lot of oil.

It's good tho. I can't front. I just can't find it in the area I live now. They country out here. I can find a whole pigs head easier than I find lamb
I made the mistake of buying a lamb breast. Looked like spare ribs of the lamb. Came across it at wally world like :gladbron:
Damn, I trimmed the hell out of it and threw it in the oven. That shyt wasn't even edible all that damn grease. Threw it out.
I will buy chops (them little lamb tbones the shyt) and ground lamb but never the breast again.

I spent a lot of time in Greece. They serve a lot of lamb there. I got real cool with a restaurant owner. He gave me and my boys a deal of all we could eat lamb for €20 a piece. I never ate to much in my life lol.

Personally, love lamb! I don’t need mint to eat with it either. Next time I fire up my grill, I am gonna grill up some lamb chops as well as some kabobs. Thanks for reminding me, OP!

You got a grill that lamb breast man.Use some roasted garlic some rosemary and some olive oil heat the grill up to about 400 and Grille it on both sides for about seven minutes. Don’t forget to let the meat sit out for about an hour and get room temperature.:cook::eat:
