I got a whole rack of lamb a while ago and by the time it was done I had half a pan of gerase. I trimmed it before i cooked it and it was still a lot of oil.Oily than a mofo, though
But the sht is good. Can’t be eating it regularly if you don’t want a heart bypass.
lamb underrated, it’s kinda expensive tho
there is no lamb section in my grocery store
my grandparents cooked it all the time...i always had to have bluee cheese melted on mines...
