There is no such thing as intracial racism and to even suggest so is foolish. So I absolutely disagree.

Also it is legit impossible for black people to be racist to whites or others on an institutional level simply because we dont control businesses, economics, or the government like that.

I know one specifically I use to work for; Alma Adams. I worked in her art program designed for low income student (majority black) and schools that had art programs cut out of their schools. She started the gallery and the program in her own and she's in the NC House of Reps.
