Removing Hamilton did do something. Indy looked better offensively when they went and beat the Broncos. Since then it's been Whitehurst/Hasselbeck/Free agents at QB.
You can only name 1 defensive player because you don't know anything about the Colts, but we out here calling Luck overrated. You could of at least said Robert Mathis, not that he'll be effective much longer.
Indy needs to rebuild their oline. Dline is better but needs a few more pieces. They had Harry Anderson who had a strong rookie season.
Indy needs a pass rush, OL, DL, but removing the coaches will improve things also.
Basically Chuck is a bad coach. He could potentially be OK if he surrounded himself with a strong OC/DC and GM but he's 0/3 in Indy.
Once Arians went away he got exposed.
Once Luck regressed/got injured he got exposed further.
Indy got weapons on offense because Grigson is a clown and that's all he drafts. Luck/Fleener and/or Allen/Moncreif/Dorsett (hopefully) is still a lethal passing attack with a good oline and competent OC. Just need a young RB.
Indy needs to get a coach and/or DC who can get something out of the defense and a GM who understands how to build a team properly.
Hopefully this season forces Irsay to clean house and forces Luck to take a team friendlier contract. Indy makes the right moves and they right back in the shyts next year.

The entire organization overrated themselves after getting to the afc championship game last year
They lied, tried to frame, and defamed the greatest organization in professional sports right now. The story from the Colts changed so many times it's absurd. They had this abomination of a season coming to them, especially after many people kept picking them as the AFC Champions for this season.
.Pagano wasn't a great coach, but Grigson is the real problem along with that pill popping junkie Irsay. When will people learn that when you try and go at Belichick or Brady, you will lose? The NFL listened to the lying Colts and Ravens and tried to go after Belichick, but it didn't work, so they went after the GOAT and he gave Goodell and his cronies the ether of a lifetime.
