We also don't know if they weren't students at another time.

Just like not all people who attend a football game are current students and not former alumni.

It's a weird argument for sure. Besides when they say 44/77 arrested weren't students, that still means 33 arrested were.

Orleck was banned from campus after her arrest as part of her bail order. After the @WMUR9 story aired this evening, a spokesperson for the school told us that ban was an error in the bail process, saying "We are working to ensure this is rectified as quickly as possible."
