i wish things could be that ideal. Everyone excepts their part in matters. People own up to their responsibilities and face the consequences of their actions. But, thats not how it is in real life friend. Society has double standards, some good and some bad depending on who it pertains to. I can't speak for the rest of the posters here, but this has nothing to do with hating woman imo. This girl got caught in the act and now wants to accused some one of a very serious crime. That spits in the face of many men and woman who are the true victims of rape.

alcohol is in no way shape or form an aphrodisiac, it doesnt stimulate sex drive. arousal is not a side effect of it, in fact the opposite is true. it decreases sexual appetite. Now your gonna say "way more people have sex more often sober when not" That because their standards go out the window. Judgement and perception decrease while under the influence of alcohol. So that girl whos rockin size 12 jeans that suddenly lookin like shes rockin size 8
like i said there are men who seek out other men at bars to start shyt or attempt to rob them because they are drunk or tipsy. Would it be cool for you to walk out of a bar, not trashed, but more than buzzed for some fully sober dude to try to put the beats on you or rob you. Keep in mind your drunk enough to where you stumble just a little bit and the room kind of has that haze and in reality your eyes are low, you could still drive, smoke, fukk. But this nikka wants to put the beats on you. Should you have never gone out and drank? Should you never have a good time in public?
The only way you can prevent them is not to do them. Your job is very simply. Dont take advantage of women who are under the influence then claim not to understand. Or dont be an all out rapist. Either one will make you a responsible member of society.

One thing I hate about message board debates is people who have this ridiculous need to always bring up some hyperbolic point that no one is trying to make. OF COURSE HAVING SEXUAL INTERCOURSE WITH A PASSED OUT WOMAN IS RAPE, AND NO ONE IS ARGUING OTHERWISE ...why do y'all keep bringing that up????
They keep bringing it up to deflect a questionable situation. If she was passed out or if she was resisting and pushing him away and the dude just sat and took a picture, he deserves to get his butt whipped. But she appeared to be leaned back like she was enjoying it. Did anyone see her put up any resistance or say no once or look like she was passed out during the act? I doubt it.
It's just like in that case where the pastor got shot. As soon as the congregation member's wife got caught sending pictures and text, she goes off and claims she got raped. There's a lot of situations where women have regrets after having sex and instead of holding themselves accountable, they need someone to blame and scream rape. Some guy goes to prison and gets raped for real because you know how they treat rapists in prison. There's also those situations where women get in a jam and get caught cheating and scream rape. I recall hearing some case where a husband caught the other guy leaving the house and the wife screamed he raped me and the husband killed the other guy. So if a guy gets drunk and sleeps with a sober ugly woman and wakes up like man why did I do that, he can go scream rape, right? Oh wait, nah, he's just called being irresponsible or stupid.
