Who cares about Arkansas? They haven't been relevant on the national scene since Jerry Jones was lining up for them. Nebraska? Arky or Nebraska doesn't even have a fanbase outside of their state borders bcorrect answer is the U, FSU, Notre Dame, Michigan & USC. I can name more than 5 teams that if their on top then college football in way more interesting. Florida Bama USC FSU Miami Notre Dame Auburn Georgia Ohio State Michigan etc. If those ten teams are relevant than college football is ten times more fun as a fan. Damn can't forget about Texas and Oklahoma neither.
