Why do these communist think that white communist can help black people with communism?

they have an unconscious belief in black inferiority, they believe the communist/marxist/liberal is their white hero that will come and save them and there is no other way for black people

the notion that black people are perfectly capable of solving their own problems and even leaping ahead of white people through the promotion of individual freedom doesn't occur to them

i already posted this, but everybody needs to watch this, especially the part where he talks about politics and progress, he hits the nail in the head about what is wrong with communism and its derivatives
