Most of the Texas posters in this thread, for the most part, only pay attention to 6A & 5A (and to a MUCH LESSER degree 4A) becuz those are the classifications that have most of the schools from the big metro areas (DFW, Houston, Austin, & San Antonio) and the bigger schools from more rural areas (East Texas, Central Texas, & etc.)
My hometown HS just lost to the same team in the state title for the third straight year
It's what happens when you're a public school going against a private school tahat recruits. They got D1 linemen 6'7 300 and up going against our homegrown boys. We fought but got damn I hate this fukking team
We gotta separate the publics from the private schools. A big time public can/will recruit, but that's like targeting a couple of guys...not your entire roster.
Top private schools are basically all-star teams. Not really apples to apples.
LOL @ whining about public vs private schools..... Corona Centennial is a public school in So Cal and almost took out St John Bosco who was one of the top 5 teams in the nation....either you got it or you don't.... .....
