It's real just overblown and some of them fools you see glitching out are high as fukk, the problem is during their experiments, they figured out a lot about the human mind, there is a lot of discoveries they made that could help people who suffer from mental illness, but due to the fact that:Is that mk ultra shyt real or nikkas just trolling for the camera
