In Prodigy’s book he mentioned sharing a common friend in E Money Bags who gave him one of Pac’s notebooks after he died. He said Pac was a revolutionary and he wishes they never had beef and met and were friends. I honestly doubt that would’ve ever taken place given certain rumors about P, but from your perspective, why did Pac slip into M.O.B and leave the “They Got Me Trapped” version of himself behind? Was he trying to distance himself from the revolutionary image? Was it the shooting at Quad? Why did he become banged out?

What were these rumours?

I remember stopping in my tracks and walking up to that shyt in pure shock!

So you saw this stuff as part of your engineering training? Do you think they looked at you funny because you're black, or did they not know since people mistake you for other races?

When I was younger I didn’t mind as much, but I was always given opportunities to be great because I was considered non threatening due to my family ties. I graduated with a very high GPA and always excelled in school, so I didn’t have many issues. I got along with other groups well enough and they put me up on game about cheating the school system, etc... and these people weren’t black.

Basically you can’t give people any reason to put a target on you. I was just reserved and did what I was supposed to do. I navigated my way through high society by playing dumb a lot of the time when it came to certain things.

I witnessed a lot of things and kept a lot of secrets. And believe me... people finding you attractive will get you far in life.

I’m almost always the only black person in these circles and I often wonder why I was the one chosen. I’ve had opportunities that I know other black people won’t get.

What kind of family ties do you have? Does your family have generational wealth?

In general , lighter skin blacks as well as blacka with more non black ancestry have been given more opportunities. Do you think you being light has a lot to do with it?

Do you still practice engineering?

I was tired and trying to simplify the answer. I should’ve said immunization to measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, polio, tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (whooping cough). Getting the flu shot vaccination for influenza is unnecessary.

Immunization means to make someone immune to something. Vaccination, by contrast, according to Dorland’s Medical Dictionary, just means to inject “a suspension of attenuated or killed microorganisms…administered for prevention…or treatment of infectious disease.”

I actually saw this because I had to go to another building on the opposite of the university to help someone. I got security clearance from this guy I had to work with and he used his badge to get me in. Everyone there was acting normal, so idk... I didn’t have any issues, though. I made mental notes, examined what I saw and went back to work. The project was not related to engineering.

I also had no idea that the military owns a large part of the water sources. That was very interesting/suspect.

I was protected from things due to my parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins. I found out a few years ago that family I didn’t even know I had were into a lot of STEM related activities. My immediate family is involved in politics, education, engineering, law, and management.

I’ve been given opportunities I shouldn’t have received based on my experience, but idk... I’d say it’s case by case. Remember whites aren’t the only ones with power...
