I've been running for a minute was and brand loyal to Nike and specifically, the Flyknit & Free series. Then I made the switch over to adidas Ultra Boost and haven't looked back. Better on my feet and started having really tight calves in my Nikes but no such issues since the switch. I use a pair of Flyknits for track work. Signed up for 2 marathons and looking at getting the ultra boost uncaged joints. Anybody got those and can share their experiences or can recommend another brand worth giving a shot?

My homie messed up his feet running in Nike's. Went to the doctors and they said that Nike's were trash.

I use the Adidas Thrasher 1.1

Godly shoes. They absorb impact perfectly and feel great while running.

Y'all might be right, but all my gym/exercise clothes be Nike so I just get the shoes to match :ehh:

Besides, a brotha grew up running bear foot on this hot ass Florida concrete, stepping on rocks and shyt, so I'm down with mostly any foot wear as long as it isn't too small. :yeshrug::pachaha:

Looking to invest in some new shoes as well. My ankles always flame up in pain before I can even finish my running session. I run in Nikes too currently. WOAT running shoes.

Bump....and I changed the name. I know it's more of us out there who run. So list your

Preferred running shoe: adidas ultraboost
GPS/Run app: Garmin Forerunner 25 but just copped the 35
Mileage per week: avg around 25-35....long runs on Sat. mornings and those are no less than 8 miles but no greater than 13.1
Races for 2017: Peachtree 10k if I can get an entry. May do a Spartan Race just to say I did it. Cooper River Run in SC since it's not that far plus it's only a 10k but an excuse to go to Charleston for the weekend. Running my last race in Johannesburg Saturday (half marathon).

Yooooo

Can't really run for too long these days since I'm trying to hold on to a few calories, but the below shoes are legit the best I've ever owned in my life:

Under Armour Micro G Assert 6
Super comfortable and I really appreciated the comfort in my feet while my legs were burning with fatigue.
