They easier :manny:

Seem too many people fasely label them as pullups. They are a great bicep exercise though.

Who cares if they are easier? Once you can do 10 you should be adding weight to them anyway. If chins are easier, just add more weight to stay in the desired rep range. I'm not understanding the logic of the shade thrown at chinups.

In fact, when I do chin ups I feel a much stronger contraction in my lats than when I do pronated pull ups. That may just be a 'me' thing but nonetheless its true.

THIS thread had a video of someone doing pronated pull ups so I agree that no one should be posting neutral grip or chin up videos and claiming a certain number. But in absolutely no way are they are an inferior exercise.

I didnt say they didnt have any benefits what i said was people can do way more chinups then pullups because they are EASIER.

This thread getting ridiculous fukk around make me go in the gym tonight after drinking and eating lol....nikkas 20 pullups is not hard y'all just weak as fukk (alcohol inspired post )

Quick question cause I see dude using the vertical grip in the last video a few post up, we doing vertical close grip or wide horizontal grip cause the vertical close grip pullups which are mostly bicep are way easier.

Horizontal grip, at least shoulder length apart, "wide" is not required but if thats your preference :manny:
