Bodyweight pull up numbers are a poor test of strength once you are able to accomplish 10 reps. After that, it becomes more of a test of muscular endurance and neural programming.
20+ reps is impressive as fukk no matter what, but the difference between 20 and 30 reps is meaningless honestly. Just means one person practices more
I wanna see someone strap a 45 around their waist and bust out 10 STRICT reps. None of these half reps or 2/3rds reps![]()
