I was literally just watching this movie the other night, I bought some bootleg dvd off Ebay that reinserted deleted scenes back into the movie and included the alternate ending as a bonus feature. Not my favorite john woo movie and that main theme song they play gets annoying.

beautifully shot, and the action was built up to very well. Even though the plot had the chance to come off thin and all over the place, film does a great job balancing all what's going on and connecting it.

Called "Beasts Clawing at Straws" in english though. Pretty good. Kind of a slow burn but the 2nd half makes it worthwhile.
