
I swear 2007-08 peaked at movies. The whole gritty dark undertone of flicks around that area really made you actually want to run to theaters. This one right here just was simply

I get where M Night was coming from but WTF

. The movie was wildly unpaced as hell. The beginning draws you in, the middle bores you to death, and the ending was so anticlimatic that I felt like I wasted 2 hours of my life. The message through the film was on point, but goddamn M Night can't put together a compelling flick to save his life without it falling into the fukking ditch.
