I can honestly say this is a well made film but....

So...you really think you're gonna hook up with the manager of the bank you just robbed? After putting her assistant in the hospital? :patrice:

You're trying to be this knight in shining armor by assaulting random dominicans because she was yelled at for walking through their hood? :patrice:

That cop was really p*ssy enough to let yall drive past him after that semi-botched robbery? :patrice:

Despite all of these character flaws in what should've been a story with a tragic ending, especially after your whole team gets gunned up and clapped quick, you get away scot free to Florida, leaving money for the manager who gives it to your old hockey rink, and everyone lives relatively happily ever after? :patrice:

Aiight then. :hubie:

I'm not even sure if this needed to be 2 and a half hours either. Watched the extended cut.

I finished The Loudest Voice yesterday. Russell Crowe should probably be nominated at the Emmy's. He was great. Roger Ailes was a piece of shyt, but an impressive personality.

The cinematic experience I've elected to gander upon on this particular evening was that of one best suited for a more formal theater setting, complete with ignited kernels, crisp sodium bicarbonate beverages, and a raucous audience of melanin pigment as opposed to a lonesome escapade in one's own domicile. Formulaic scenarios were in abundance along with a pedestrian narrative and cast to boot, with a climax that was resolved rather expeditiously.

Just got back from the movies...:picard:

Great movie, "folk horror" (didn't even know that was a genre) by the guy who did Hereditary last year (which I loved)...not your usual movie (quite slow and long, but builds up an amazing atmosphere) and yeah, I recommend it.

Only knew thing I knew about this movie was the hairstyles. The whole premise felt like two TV episode ideas put together.

It wasn't bad :ehh:

Despite it's distinguishable flaws and nonsensical plot points, it is quite a favourable film of mine.

But fr, TI narrating during bank heist :mjlol:
