Disappointing. Second half went into all the familiar tropes. The chemistry between the girl and Del Torro wasn’t there. Ending was trash. I hope the third one improves

Eh...couldn't recapture the magic of the first. Kind of ironic one of the best characters from the first couldn't carry his own movie.
If my calculations are correct for Trilogy Syndrome, the 3rd movie is about to be trash
