One of the things I never expected to experience in my life was a sold-out screening for a Jim Jarmusch movie, but that's the wonderful times we live in (also, the movie has a really great trailer). Everybody's favorite actor Adam Driver stars as bus driver Paterson in the town of Paterson, where he spends his time writing poetry, meeting different folks and coming home to his free spirited, and perhaps a bit free loading girlfriend. It's a slow, smooth picture which features some great characters and some great interactions, although most people will be turned off by Jarmusch' grounded drama style. But Jarmusch remains a man with an interest in everything, including HipHop as Method Man makes a small appearance as a laundromat rapper and there is even a Fetty Wap namedrop (because he comes from Paterson). Perfect for a rainy Sunday or for people who like movies that remind them of rainy Sundays.
