Finally came to streaming, via Hulu. The director does a good job in nailing the creepy, thriller atmosphere. Some shocking imagery, mixed with absurb elements. I'm glad I didn't know much about the plot going in. Nicolas Cage continues to pick interesting projects.

Slow burn in the beginning, slightly came off the rails toward the end but the movie was good overall. I never lost interest or wanted to turn it off especially one Bucky's character started to devolve into his unhinged persona.

Good flick that seems to be going under the radar. I was most impressed with Stan’s performance when he was in prosthetics during the opening act. Shocked me to find out that wasn’t a different actor.

A Real Pain - 2 cousins on a trip to honor their late grandmother and family roots. The mismatched personalities and struggle to deal with family worked best for me. The score did get tiresome after a while. Dope to see another Succession alumni finding success after the show.

Pretty good movie. The third Haneke movie i saw.... the first one that i liked.
I hate how he makes a point of making his films ambiguous.
I might read the book, im sure the book explains it better

Highly recommend. If you're a fan of Stray (videogame) and Primal (animated tv show), this draws heavy inspiration from those 2 works and manages to create something pretty special. Romance films aren't usually my go to genre, but I do like Garfield and Pugh. Their chemistry was the best part of the film for me, not sure if the way the story was constructed worked entirely but I could see why they would be attracted to something different.

Same. Voice wasn't registering with me at first underneath all the Edward shyt. He did his thing for sure.
