In my top 3 of the year. Not quite the masterpiece that A SEPARATION is, but it's close. No one does morally complex drama like Farhadi.

Just watched a private screening of a movie called Cha Cha Real Smooth. It’s a romantic dramedy. I enjoyed the hell out of it. Dakota Johnson, Leslie Mann are the names but it stars a 23 year old actor who also directs the movie. I enjoyed every scene. Very heartwarming movie. Not necessarily a family film because of language. But I wouldn’t have issue watching with a child 12 and up

Had always known this heavily inspired Aronofsky’s Black Swan and I don’t know why I put off watching it until now. Loved it. Gonna make a note to run through the rest of Satoshi’s films one of these weekends.


This theme been sending chills up my spine since I've heard it all those years ago :merchant:
