It's the inner strength..
Been injured for a long ass time. Feel great one day, some day back pain is unbearable...
So instead of dragging myself into the gym to do cardio and stretching, im also gonna start juicing
I started today. had a smoothie with apple, pears, oranges and that shyt was slamming...shytted 2 times in an hour...
Did 2k on the elliptical and got a green juice filled with broccoli, cucumber, kiwi, pineapple and spinach...
shytted again...i already feel less bloated ..
Im still gonna eat chicken and all that healthy shyt...had a ceasar salad with grilled chicken, no dressing or croutons...oil n vinegar
But def gonna juice two times a day and drop down to 200...im 240 right now.
For anyone struggling with being a fatass...juice up and take ya vitamins...
Im quitting trying to be a big diesel
Gonna look slim and clothes gonna fit so much better.
