Five per team, cost is the pick in the round they were originally drafted. 3 year contract. As of right now, there are no other plans.


I've thought about proposing that the new manager of this team would get to select five (4? 3?) keepers from other teams AFTER everyone else selects theres. I don't know if this is fair or an over-compensation though. Never had this situation in a league...was expecting to eliminate the team entirely.

What do out veterans have to say?

Hmmmm Like an actual expansion draft.... I wonder if picking five players that get cut is overkill. I mean, that's going to give you some GOOD players, AND keep them from the other drafters.

Like, from my team... you're gonna get Braun or Cano - I guess you forfeit that draft pick as a result... maybe its fair. I'm not sure.

Yeah, Braun/Cano would cost his 1st rounder....so the same as drafting them. 5 is probably too many, just because of the size of his player pool.

I think 3 is a good compromise

I don't see the harm, I guess. But if somebody had a good argument, I'd listen.

what would payouts be for 14 teams. I'm pretty interested in this. I like the expansion team picking left over keepers and can work it out so its not an unfair advantage for anyone in the league.
