He should be penalized for that nonsense. Let's be real, he traded away his TOP TEN draft picks to a team he had already sort of cheated the system with when he kept 5 1st round players, lead the league by damn near 30% more than the next person until teams had to follow the same strategy to a lesser extent to even attempt to catch up. And he's been talking grimey the whole season like what he's done takes any kind of talent or skill, he basically sold his soul (and his future)
