All set and transferred commish duties. Didn't delete my team because I didn't want to screw anything up. Do what you need and if you need anything from me, send me an email.
I will double check this over the next week, but I believe this is the list of players who CANNOT be kept.

Second, if you need to know a player's keeper value you can either ask me via PM or check yourself. To check yourself, just look at draft results from 2013. If they weren't a keeper last year, then they can be kept wherever they were drafted last season. If they were a keeper last year, then they are kept in the round the were drafted in in 2012.
The rule changes to pick trading makes some of this confusing. For example, if you look at Justin Upton, it shows him as being kept in the 7th round in 2013...but he was drafted in the FIRST round in 2012 and was only slid down because the owner didn't have a pick in the first six rounds. If kept this year, he will cost a FIRST ROUND pick. There are several players who will fall into this category, so please, double check when finalizing keepers. If you have questions....ask.
