I think Kev J has zero responsibility to re-agree to the previous deal.

If HHR tied up his draft pick, technicality or not, that deal is dead. There is nothing that should tie that deal together legally unless the two parties feel like renegotiating the deal.

If HHR doesnt have the required pick to trade that they both agreed to any renegotiated deal would include different compensation which means its not the same deal they originally agreed to.

I am a ardent Kev J hater but i dont want a fukking precedent like KOB and HHR are proposing.

HHR didnt manage his picks correctly and gave KevJ the chance to reestablish a new offer.

I view it more then a systematic error and not an individual error. I don't see why the same exact deal can't be made with one change. Like with my trade. No one was being deceived

Its not about deception its about HHR fukking up his own house. Once that trade couldnt happen KevJ is free to reconsider what he was trading for at will.

I noticed it right away, and mentioned it in this thread. I couldn't re-propose the trade because Yahoo catches the error when it's a player. I couldn't cancel the trade because I don't have that power. I re-proposed it this morning and KevJ wants to change things. Had the Yahoo system caught the error, like it does with players, I would have changed the picks, and given Kev a much BETTER pick that the 22nd rounder in question.

It's pretty cut and dry. It's a Yahoo error. It's a loophole.

shyt, I even told Kev I'd do the extra closer/pick swap in a week if Aceves is still the closer...he didn't "trust that"...so it's in here now.

Please...there is no precedent being set. The Yahoo system has a loophole that should be closed. If I send out 2 offers with the same player, both cannot be accepted because YAHOO will already the 2nd accepting player that the player is involved in a pending transaction. The fact that it doesn't do the same with picks is a system oversight.
