Definitely would not have gotten him with the 3rd rounder I gave up for him which would have been the 3rd worst pick in the 3rd round

Also if you want to be a smart ass I gave up machado for that 3rd rounder who I got for way less than that and can't be kept next season

I don't get the point you're trying to make. You paid a 3rd rounder and buxton (who you were creaming over just a few pages back) for 1 year of a top 15 pitcher. The top 15 pitchers will go by the end of the 4th round, so you didn't gain any extra value. Yet you seem to think the fact that he's a 14th round keeper means you're getting that 14th round value, when you're not.

So you paid more than he's worth. Which, again, is fine if you think he'll be a top 5 pitcher next year. But as of now it seems like a lopsided deal.
