Keeper value is a strange thing. I've had great keeper value since the league started, but a few injured picks and I'm struggling.

Joc - 26th
Votto - 3rd

And then a choice between Weiters in the 17th and Moustakas wherever he was drafted. So yeah, you don't have the best keepers "by far"

1. You traded for Harper AFTER his power explosion. That's not scouting.

2. Springer Correa and Betts have been top 10 prospects for 2+ years now. It's not like you plucked them from obscurity.

3. You had the ability to sit on them while they were in the minors, because you're team is a dumpster fire, and you threw in the towel early.


It's not like you drafted a good team, and took a risk on one or two players to wait it out, and have them show up as the cavalry to push you into the money...

Yes he did.
And mookie was the weird situation where yahoo messed up and didn't have him available for free agency. They added him and whoever had the highest waiver claim got him.
