So people vetoed because they were under the impression that it was an accident, when it very clearly was not in slightest?

Lopsided deals get vetoed

I vetoed a deal where a guy came in here and said he accidentally didn't attach picks.

I vetoed a deal where I saw a complete imbalance of assets changing hands.

I've also voted to veto the trade just now where a guy said it was accidentally accepted.

In the past, when somebody has been accidentally traded or waived... we fixed it. And when a deal has been vetoed, people have tried to re-work it to an acceptable level. Going forward, I guess we will let the Commissioner decide.


If you are so outraged, that you do not want to be in the league anymore - which would be your right, of course - we could probably work out a way to refund you the money, and adjust the standings/etc. I don't know that anybody has quit midstream before, but if you felt like you wanted to do that... I would understand.
