Don't know if it's been discussed but the Franklin Scandal was a child prostitution ring that was being run out of Omaha, Nebraska... and hte ring leader was the Chair of the Republican National Convention. There's even speculation that child prostitutes were given a tour of the white house.. I highly recommend reading the book as well as watching the doc, which got pulled from TV at the time it was supposed to air.
