Im 250 and can do 25. Nothing sadder than seeing a 130 lbs man not be able to do 10.
I would bet almost anything that most men claiming high pushup numbers are not doing real pushups.
The same way they got that gif of CrossFit pull-ups not counting, they could make one for pushups that don’t count.
Oh shyt, you really hot rod?Nah never ran into Ja.
Ran into Game in Scottsdale when I was dolo and it was all good.
Ran into Benzino in NY by myself but the rest of the crew were in their hotel rooms.
I told the story in the other thread but I was bout yo run upstairs to my room real quick and the elevator was closing but I caught it and Benzino was in there by himself. I had my G-unit hoodie on and im towering over this nikka. He got shook and ran out of the elevator before it closed. He was assuming i was a unit goon but he was the last thing on my mind, I had a bytch comin through from myspace
Link?A few years ago there was a pull up challenge on here that humbled a lot of nikkas
Why is 25 not even an option in the poll?
What’s high though? I’d say 20+ is minimum for the average man. I do the 4 sets of 25 and it took me a month of lifting and doing them consistently to get to that, and even then it hurts everytime when I’m done, it’s not easy. It’ll probably take me years to get to 50+, if everI would bet almost anything that most men claiming high pushup numbers are not doing real pushups.

just 25?
It's the most fun exercise too imo. Raising yourself up like that is exhilaratingPull ups really tell you where you're at in terms of strength and conditioning.
Its also crazy how quick it all slips if you're not constantly getting them in as you can feel the difference at a tendon level.
for the motivation to get back on it as I've been slacking recently.
