That's not happening in Atlanta, not unless you got a boatload of money.
My dad lives in a neighborhood in Newnan with black ppl that have there for a century. They surrounded by a white super duper subdivision. There was a country club down the street that's been there longer than them though.
My immediate neighborhood is pretty much all types of spanish/Hispanics, with some brehs and cacs sprinkled in here and there. outside the 5 block or so radius, the greater community is mostly cacs.
but thats because latinos and asians are considered cacs.
i live in california, it would say it's multicultural. if you zoom out further than my block and look at city demographics, yes it's definitely predominately white.
I don't know the percentage of races in my neighborhood but when I'm out and about, I only see black people. My neighbor to my left and to my right are white and the neighbor across the street are Mexicans, though.
