I don't write anybody off but a few things concern me....

1. I don't like that another man is always going to be in the picture.

2. I don't want to get swept up in a situation where i'm conspired against and have a disadvantage.

I feel you breh, really I do. It's a sticky situation because I don't know too many single moms that are on good terms with the father WITHOUT ALSO fukkING THE FATHER. It's always an off and on thing. But as blacks we need to focus on the effects of having all of these single mothers raising kids by themselves. A lot of them are doing a piss poor job and the results are going to be disastrous down the line. I'm not advocating saving the women, but saving the children is a worthy cause. The responsible men in the community need to mentor these young men and tell them to stick around and be MEN. Help raise the kid. Stop the cycle.

I'm in if it's 1 kid, cuz I have 2 of my own. More than 1 and that aint no mistake, thats a pattern.
Plus a divorce is a plus in this situation VS random dude bussed raw and dipped.

Again I'm 32... IF you 21-25 and have abundance of childfree women around, don't pick the one with kids. In the 27-32 age group, 1 kid is normal.

I'm 24, so I don't want to mess with a woman who has a kid, primarily because I don't even want one in my 20's, I want to be free to travel and do as I please.

But if I'm in my 30's, and she has one kid, that's more acceptable in my eyes. By 30 I'm probably looking to chill out anyway. Not to mention 'hopefully' her mindset is more mature and she doesn't wish upon a star of her baby daddy coming back and settling down. I don't have time for that shyt.

Seriously, if you truly love someone it doesn't matter how many kids she's had previously and you're starting a family with her kids. They become apart of your life just as your own. With that being said, I wouldn't mess with anyone that has more than one. It's something about the situation that irks me but when me and my chick was going through it... I had a chick w/ two kids. Didn't have to take care of them. That was her & the daddy job and she never asked me. Every woman shares similarities but they're all diff just like every situation is different so don't just be like fukk that bytch for no reason. You may miss out on what you've been looking for.
