Discrimination against your height. Which is a real thing btw. Youll never see a 5’5 high ranking official, high ranking officer, a ceo or president.
The CEO of the accounting firm I worked for is 5’7” at most. The US component of the firm is probably top 15 in the country.
The partner that interviewed me at my current firm is probably 5'6" himself. Many CEOs and VPs of successful companies that I've done work for are "short". Tons of the tech nerds in Silicon Valley that are high ranking execs are well under six feet themselves. I know you are referencing articles you've read online, but it doesn't really work that way in practice.
