I don’t know but as a former fat nikka
You can’t turn healthy on/off like a faucet
Especially if you have been fat most of your life
It really does take dedication
I know I can’t have cheat days but maybe once or twice a month
Especially with sweets(sweet tooth over 9000)
Really got addicted just eating clean
I can’t see any doctor being okay with his diet or frame
All that extra weight does kill your knees and back
Mobilization for fam can’t be that good
Same for Daym
I’m all for black men getting money but not to the detriment to their bodies
Having diverticulitis and polyps removed was my wake up call

I though daym was losing weight? He seems slimmer to me. Also it could just be me but when I’ve watched his videos (granted I don’t look at all) he seems to never finish the meal.

He would be straight
I think we are about the same age
He may have me beat my 5 years
But as black men we are dying young because of obesity, heart disease, hypertension
Even eating small portions of fast food ain’t a good look
Gotta look at how long he’s been in the game
Ain’t no telling how clogged his heart,arteries,gallbladder,liver, etc are/functionality
