I believe Mueller is looking through Stone's communications to see if he knew those documents came from the Russians. The minute he finds that out, he's dropping the Conspiracy indictment. The only reason he hasn't dropped that conspiracy indictment yet is because Stone's defense can just be he didn't know they came from the Russians.

Stones communications were evidence in the indictment of the 11 Russians Mueller indicted previously. This is all information that ties Stone back to being an intermediary for the Trump campaign to the GRU (Guccifer).

I know. I have a screenshot of that portion of the indictment on my laptop from back when it first dropped.

I'm saying they need to prove that Stone knew he was talking to the Russians to drop the Conspiracy indictment. Mueller will prove it. Indicting Stone on just Obstruction, lying to Congress and witness tampering was just part of the process to take Stone's computers, online messaging accounts, hard drives, documents, everything in between to get more evidence toward a Conspiracy indictment. Corsi might be involved too which is why Mueller didn't indict him for lying to the FBI yet.
