How you gonna ROFL with a hollow back?
Listened to another preview of the Cafe Insider podcast with :smugpreet: this morning. He and Ann Milgrom had an interesting take on the AMI/Jeff Bezos story. :bpthink:

Basically, AMI had a No-Prosecution agreement with the SDNY US Attorney's office. :smugpreet: AMI agreed to cooperate with the SDNY office in the Cohen case, in exchange for being able to walk away clean...

...As long as they didn't commit any other crimes. :bpmjpls:

If true, the Bezos story constitutes extortion, and is a clear breach of the agreement AMI has with SDNY. :bpohh:

Now SDNY can get in that ass :mjthanoslit: and demand EVERYTHING AMI has, which may include other extortion cases. :bpwhew:

AMI finna be Gawker status. :wow:
Yep, the day that this broke, I don't remember if it was Baech or Larry, but they broke down what all of this meant and the lack of cover that AMI now had because they appear to have breached their agreement. All of these fukking clown were cheering on fukkface Theil when he went after Gawker, because they had the "right" friends and associates, and they would "never" get caught slacking.......until you fukk with a billionaire, BILLIONAIRE, not these paper tigers.

Senate Intelligence Committee aide tells me, re: NBC story, that right now there is "a common set of facts" that the panel is working with, "and a disagreement about what those facts mean."
They add: "We are closer to the end than the beginning, but we're not wrapping up."

Re: the headline, "Senate has uncovered no direct evidence of conspiracy between Trump campaign and Russia," same aide says: "the word 'direct' is doing a lot of work here."

I dont care what the Senate says. Only Mueller's final report matters. I'm just worried he won't finish in time and Trump serves a full term.
The Senate is controlled by the GOP

They are doing this to distract from the government shutdown deal that may happen without Trump signing off on it...

This is a question. We know that Nunes and the folks in congress had no appetite to investigate the claims of the people brought to their committee. Do you believe that Muller’s conclusion will vary widely from the senates?

Can you cite an example where a senate committee was substantially different from an independent commission convened?

It’s like people cannot differentiate between politics and law.

I don’t want Muller to come to his conclusion in 2020 like James Comey discovered emails in 2016.

I don’t want anything being released next year.

Mueller has more investigative resources than them which is why their opinions can differ .

The House Judiciary Committee has hired ex-Obama official Norm Eisen and criminal defense attorney Barry Berke as special oversight counsels to "consult on oversight matters related to the Department of Justice, including the Department's review of ... Mueller's investigation."
