Basically, AMI had a No-Prosecution agreement with the SDNY US Attorney's office. :smugpreet: AMI agreed to cooperate with the SDNY office in the Cohen case, in exchange for being able to walk away clean...

...As long as they didn't commit any other crimes. :bpmjpls:

If true, the Bezos story constitutes extortion, and is a clear breach of the agreement AMI has with SDNY. :bpohh:

Now SDNY can get in that ass :mjthanoslit: and demand EVERYTHING AMI has, which may include other extortion cases. :bpwhew:

This investigation was never going to be allowed to grow legs, no matter what. What the R's have proven since election day, is that whatever majority they have, will be used to protect fukkface, with no true oversight. Small wins for them in the present will have ultimately negative effects for them in the future. They are risking it all to stack the courts, but in doing this, they are setting up a super majority for the Dems in the future, and I am absolutely positive that these new lawmakers that are being elected, with the will of the people, we will tackle these judges that are being fast tracked with no vetting. This country is moving radically to the left, and will not turn back once we go there, so the face of our judicial system CANNOT be ultra conservative.
