So, for right now, here's my take:
The Mueller investigation was not an investigation to remove Trump from office. It was not an investigation into Trumps family. His job was not weigh in on Trump's guilt or lack thereof. It was to find if crimes were committed and to put those into findings for the AG and Congress to decide what to do with.
Mueller is an "in the box" prosecutor. He's not going to deviate from current DOJ policy. That's just not him. So he wasn't going to indict Trump or try anything exotic.
Right now, we don't know anything other what Barr has given us. Given his track record, and his being approved by the Republican Senate and Trump, you can bet that his conclusion might be a little "biased".
I'm looking forward to seeing what the real report holds. I don't think it will have any smoking gun per se but I don't think it will be favorable to Trump or his campaign by any means.
